Great combination of one robot and 2 sets of CNC 6-Sides Boring Centre NCB612D and one set of auto boring line N2508 is especially suitable for customized production, robot will allocate work piece to corresponding position according to boring requirements, and put coming work piece in buffer area when last processing isn’t finished ensuring continuous processing for highest efficiency.
Work pieces enable to be transferred to most suitable machines with the assistance of auto scanning system
Output is up to 3800+pcs work pieces every single work shift under advantage of Boring Working Cell
Least labor intensity thanks to the work piece transfer and partly buffing work done by robots
